| FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS #1... What is your service area: Our basic service area is Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, Santa Barbara, San Bernardino, San Diego and Ventura Counties. #2... Is a deposit required: Yes, your deposit reserves your date on our Photography assignments calendar. #3... How many photographs will you take: Typically we will take an average of 200 images within five hours of continuous coverage at the wedding and reception locations. Each additional hour of coverage will add between 40 and 50 images to the total. #4...Who will decide which pictures will be taken? We decide together. Our pre-wedding consultation with you will allow us to get acquainted, discuss your special wedding plans and your photography. Both the wedding and reception sites are visited by us prior to the wedding day. #5... How soon will we see our pictures? This question has two answers. First, all of your photos will be posted to your private online Web Site within 72 hours of your wedding day. Prior to your wedding you will be given the site address and password. You will be notified via e-mail once your photo proof set has been posted for your review and approval. When you approve the release of the photo set it will be available for others to access. Second, as an additional service we can provide virtually instant photographic prints at your wedding reception with our portable high quality photo printer. A photographer's assistant working together with your primary photographer will provide this "Instant Image" service as an added amenity at your wedding reception. #6...Do you carry back-up equipment? Yes, we always carry extra cameras, flash units, and accessories. #7...If our photographs need retouching, is there an extra charge? Due to the high technology of our equipment and the special lighting techniques we utilize retouching is usually not required. However if you desire retouching, or a special enhancement of any of your photographs it will be billed as an addition to your order. #8...Can you take our engagement portrait? Absolutely. #9... What kind of albums do you offer? We offer fine leather and Aristahide albums in a wide selection of colors and styles. All are personalized allowing you the opportunity to design your own personal album. # 10...We are planning to invite more than 150 guests to our wedding reception. Can you cover an event that large in the Contemporary Classic Wedding Photography Package? Yes. However for comprehensive photography coverage of wedding receptions with between 150 and 300 guests we strongly suggest our Contemporary Deluxe Wedding Photography Package which includes a second photographer. |
